Orders & deliveries

can place an order directly through our B2B shop. Simply log in, browse our
products, add items to your cart, and follow the checkout steps. Once
completed, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact our sales team as soon as
possible and provide your order number. Once the order has been shipped,
changes can no longer be made.
Orders
are usually shipped within 1–2 working days. Delivery times may vary
depending on destination and season.

you to see real-time stock levels before placing your order.
If you receive damaged items or need to make a claim, please
fill out our claim form
with your order number and photos of the issue. Once submitted, our team will
guide you through the next steps for a replacement or refund.
